On the left was today's lunch, and on the right was what Matt rated today's lunch. Ryah-James likes to think they can't cook, but I know better. She'll say "I don't know what I'm doing", and "I hope this comes out okay", it always does. Today's lunch has no name. It included, Saffron Rice, Red Beans, Red Peppers, Onions, Soy Crumbles, Spinach, Tomatoes & Seasonings. Even in Costa Rica, where not everything we had before is available to us, can Ryah-James cook up an amazing meal.
