Today, June 21st, 2025, Ryah made Ethiopian Cabbage Stew with Lentils. It was an amazing meal! The cooked down red onions gave the stew an unexpected sweetness, while the ginger tingled the back of Matt's throat. Another fantastic meal from Ryah-James. This one gets 4/4 Chef's kisses from Matt, and one real kiss after I'm done posting about it. 😉
